Chef Andre於1997年時在法國「感官花園」餐廳所創作的第一道菜色

一道只有使用松露和鴨肝兩種食材的經典料理，這奠定了Chef Andre獨特的廚藝風格。從那時起，這道料理就此跟著Chef Andre，無論是在世界各地客座，或是Restaurant ANDRE每一個餐期，都沒有例外。
